Here I am dance teacher, LYD guide - Human Design, currently living in Brussels (Belgium). My main interest lies in the research of body, movement and its many connections to our personal life, both socially and individually.
I am now teaching Contact Improvisation regular classes and workshops in different cities in Belgium. While I am also doing a teacher-training program at the MBS Academy, which is based on the Feldenkrais method.
I come from long background in dance, I started in an early age in Israel my home land, since then my interest and love just went deeper into this discipline, and its different aspects.
A bit before I was born in the North of Israel in 1991, where I studied dance from an early age. I got my high school diploma in dance, and in 2007, I received a dance scholarship as “excellent dancer of the periphery”. After high school, I was admitted in the dancer training annual program at Vertigo Dance Company, based in Jerusalem (2009-2011). I stayed in Jerusalem, while teaching dance. Between 2012 and 2014, I lived in Berlin and Belgium, performing and collaborating with video and local artists, among them: “Art Connect” - Berlin, “Self Portrait” - Berlin, “Young tree” – Belgium.
I am inspired by cinema, poetry, nature, Buddhism, Human Design System, and what comes to be along the way.
